Our engineering services, under RigPro Engineered, provide custom solutions for upgrades, modifications, and repairs to enhance safety and performance. We are the only rigging service compnay with our own team of in-house engineers who work with our experts in composites and rigging to address any requirement. This includes complex above-deck modifications, performance optimizations for racing, and integration of the latest innovative products. All our engineering work is backed by OEM knowledge from the North Technology Group.
We offer full-spectrum rigging services, including new spar and rigging commissioning, surveys, inspections, repairs, regular maintenance, and full refits. This covers standing rigging (e.g., tuning masts, checking tensions, and replacing fittings) and hardware like cordage and splicing. Our global rapid response team handles emergencies, and we provide 24/7 support in major superyacht hubs.
Standing rigging refers to fixed elements like stays and shrouds that support the mast, while running rigging includes adjustable lines (e.g., halyards, sheets) that control sails. RigPro services standing rigging through inspections, retuning, lubrication, and full replacements as per manufacturer guidelines. For running rigging, we conduct visual inspections of visible parts, cordage splicing, hardware maintenance, and upgrades. Both can be managed through our custom tool RigPro Care, making the management of a yacht that much smoother.
RigPro has been with us since Svea’s launch, constantly refining and upgrading our Southern Spars rig to keep us at the front of the J Class fleet. Whether racing in the Med or the Caribbean, their engineering and composite expertise makes them the go-to team for everything. They deliver under pressure, complete urgent repairs and offering real-time support during regattas to keep us safe and competitive. In short, professional, responsive, and easy to work with, RigPro is a true one-stop shop.
Throughout my time as skipper of Cannonball, Platoon and Alkedo, RigPro has been a trusted partner of mine. They've supported us through emergencies, upgrades, and routine services.
Whatever we need, wherever we needed it, they are always reliable and quick to help.
Rig-Pro have been a consistent ally to our program for many years. On large sailing vessels details really matter and their team understands that. Support for all things spar/rigging related are thoughtfully considered and well executed.
Team members are always respectful to the yacht and crew. Knowledge is openly shared. No task is too great or too small. It is a pleasure to work with such a specialized company that remembers that a satisfied customer is the true gauge of success.
