Working as the Composite Manager at RigPro has been an incredibly rewarding journey. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping build a talented, close-knit in-house composites team known for its dedication, and expertise in marine composite work. It is equally inspiring to witness the continued growth and development across other areas of the business . From engineering to rigging, parts, and running rigging, each department has a noticeable strength and synergy, driven to deliver the highest standard of service and expertise to our customers.

Working within the Running Rigging team has been extremely rewarding; I have had valuable learning experiences and assisted develop bespoke running rigging solutions to high profile clients. Having a close-knit team who are reliable and hard-working has been an asset when problem solving in tight time frames. Being part of groundbreaking developments within the running rigging world is something we do not take for granted but is becoming standard within RigPro; it is certainly a testament to all departments within the company!
I really enjoy being part of the design team at Rig-Pro Palma. The work is challenging and requires a broad range of knowledge, which keeps you engaged and constantly learning. The team is great to work with, and it’s motivating to be part of such a dynamic environment where you can see the business growing and evolving.

I have been with RigPro for about a year and a half now and it really has been a rewarding experience.
