NDT Testing
NDT is integral to our process, be it a repair job or new component construction. Employed at the beginning of any repair job to identify all damages, we collaborate with numerous reputable companies throughout Europe for advanced NDT testing services throughout a project to ensure repair quality. The final repair, or newly manufactured component, is also NDT tested at the end to establish a baseline for future management. This rigorous and detail orientated process ensures the highest standards of workmanship, providing a repair or upgrade that is reliable, long-lasting and easy to manage.

Repairs & Service
Our design services begin with a comprehensive NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) review, meticulously analysing your NDT or ultrasound reports to recommend precise repair actions. Not all damage is equal – some areas can be safely monitored, while others require immediate intervention to prevent further degradation or failure.
This level of insight is made possible by RigPro’s extensive experience and background knowledge, ensuring repairs – and associated costs – are only undertaken when absolutely necessary.
Following the NDT report review, our engineers draw on our deep product expertise and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) knowledge to make targeted recommendations for defect areas.
As the leading experts in this field, our team perform repairs anywhere in the world and regularly undertake projects globally. If your boat is in a challenging location where a full repair isn’t feasible, we can implement interim repairs to keep your vessel operational until it reaches a suitable site, such as our primary operations centers in Palma de Mallorca or Auckland, New Zealand.
Some common high-load areas prone to damage that we routinely repair include spreader roots, masthead cranes, and gooseneck fittings. We’ve also expertly handled uncommon issues such as impact damage, lightning strike damage, and equipment failure damage.
Custom Components
RigPro excels in crafting bespoke composite solutions to enhance your yacht’s functionality. We design and fabricate custom components such as Starlink brackets, antenna brackets, or any equipment brackets; bow sprits; reaching struts; spinnaker poles; and tender lift poles.

RigPro has been with us since Svea’s launch, constantly refining and upgrading our Southern Spars rig to keep us at the front of the J Class fleet. The idea of fitting a 20-year-old Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49 with a new carbon mast and V-boom often led my friends to ask: Why not just buy a new boat?
